In the heart of Aroeira, CVZ-Construções carried out a comprehensive renovation defined by respect for architecture. The main objective was to breathe new life into an existing contemporary house, honoring its original structural integrity. Through a philosophy of refined simplicity, the intervention eliminated the superfluous to highlight the clean lines and geometric purity of the house.

The result is a house redefined by its spatial dynamics. By reconfiguring the internal pathways and optimizing the entry of natural light, the interior was transformed into a series of spacious and luminous spaces. This project is proof of our ability to modernize the soul of a house without compromising its architectural heritage.
