The project, with construction work carried out by CVZ-Construções, aims at a complete renovation of the apartment; it creates a new spatial logic in the lobby area and private, proposing the construction of conceptual walls with indirect lighting and storage, enhancing the spaciousness, allowing storage hidden in walls. In the master bedroom creates a private space with a closet+bathroom with a track that allows dynamic use and sets the spatiality.
